| NOTES
Born 13th November 1918. Only son of Mr & Mrs John Mudge of 61 Crown Road Milton Sittingbourne. Three sisters Phyllis, Doris and Eileen. At the outbreak of WWII in September 1939 he was working as a dairyman for Mr R Whitehead. He enlisted on the 15th November 1939 S/120208 Royal Army Service Corps (RASC).
